Tourist Visa On Arrival has launched for Japanese travelers to Ethiopia

Our Embassy Would like to inform Japanese Travelers that “The Ethiopian Immigration and Citizenship Service” has started providing #TouristVisa_on_Arrival service at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport in addition to the online service provided at
We would like to encourage all the Japanese Tourists and Travellers to use this service for their plan to visit Ethiopia. Ethiopia has a variety of historical and natural places, from them there are more than 13 UNESCO Registered destinations including; Aksum, Fasil Ghebbi (Ancient Castel), Harar Jugol (the Fortified Historic Town), Konso Cultural Landscape, Lower Valley of the Awash, Lower Valley of the Omo, Lalibela (Rock-Hewn Churches), the Gedeo Cultural Landscape, Tiya, Bale Mountains National Park, Simien Mountains National Park and from intangible heritages such as Ethiopian Epiphany, Fiche Chambalala (Sidama People New year), Gadda system, Irreecha (Oromo People Thanksgiving day) are few of the fascinating destinations and events one could attend while visiting Ethiopia.
